Rebecca Johnson founded Rooted & Rising Workplace Strategy (RRWS Consulting) with a clear goal: to provide practical consulting services that enhance work life without adding complexity.
With over two decades of human resources experience, a master’s degree in organizational psychology, certifications in both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP), and multiple HRCI Professional designations.
Her extensive background spans a variety of industries, including finance, transportation, food and beverage, retail, government, pharmacy, and education. These experiences have shaped a practical, well-rounded understanding of how organizations operate, grow, and adapt in different environments.
Rebecca has worked on all sides of a business; as an employee, supervisor, manager, director, and business owner. That perspective allows her to approach each organization with a clear understanding of both leadership priorities and employee experience, without losing sight of what it takes to run a successful business.
